About our Yoga!

We teach energetic, challenging yoga classes in the heat! Our teaching styles are fun and safe, and we guarantee that you will sweat like crazy! We love it when we hear you come out of the room and say things like “That was awesome!” and “I feel amazing!”

Yoga is the best way to exercise, promote health, increase flexibility, and mental clarity. We teach it so that you can immerse yourself in the challenge of the practice. We know it works, we love it, and we want you to experience the benefits of your practice!

Our aim is to continue to offer the finest instructors, teaching a broad range of authentic styles of yoga in a great environment so you can find a class suited for you regardless of age, gender, size, fitness, diet or lifestyle. We are dedicated to nurturing the health of everyone and fostering an environment where everyone belongs.

Don’t ever worry about your ability. After class your flexibility, strength, stamina and mental clarity will be enhanced, guaranteed! You will learn a lot and discover a great way to stay in shape for the rest of your life!

If you are new, have never tried yoga before, or are “the most inflexible person on the planet” start with any Hot class!

Our Hot yoga sequence is practiced in a heated room, which is maintained at 95 to 102 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot practice is designed for a balanced “all” body stretch that all can enjoy and benefit from. Sweating as a form of detoxification plays a key role in hot yoga. First timers start here. Our hot yoga is similar to Bikram Choudhury’s 26-hatha yoga pose sequence.

Power/Vinyasa Flow classes are sequenced classes that move at a faster pace. ‘Vinyasa’ means to link movement and breath. In this style of yoga there is constant movement and attention to the breath as one moves through the sequence of postures. These classes are usually quite physically vigorous and offer an intense cardio, low impact workout. Power classes are recommended for practitioners who are in strong cardiovascular shape. If you like Baptiste, Forrest, Astanga or Anusara styles of yoga, this is your class!

Yoga lesson classes are just that! Learn poses, alignment and breathing techniques in an informative setting These classes are done in less heat (about 90 degrees). The knowledge gained in these classes will enhance your practice and serve as a strong foundation for your hot and power classes. The Yoga Lessons class structure varies, but you will always receive an in-depth knowledge of proper yoga alignment, somewhat similar to the Iyengar method of teaching.

Advanced Practice: This class is offered to students with at least two years of yoga experience. This class is conducted in a 90 degree room and features deeper yoga concepts and principles. Endurance and agility are necessary. You should be able to do inversions comfortably and have a strong yoga foundation with knowledge of Sanskrit. The class structure varies weekly and is sure to offer new and exciting experiences.

Pilates classes are practiced in the heat and we kick it up a notch! Work those abs! Just like with everything else that we do, you should get ready to sweat!
