YOGA: 90 Minutes
Our Hot class is perfect for the first-time
student and for the everyday practice. The
room is regulated at 105 degress, enhancing
the stretch in all of the muscle froups
while building strength. For new students,
resting whenever you choose helps to build
your stamina and strength. Also if
you are rehabilitating an injury, or just
looking to increase your flexibility, this
is your class.
Vinyasa
Yoga: 90 minutes
Simply put, all of the yoga postures and the sequence they
are performed in are linked together to
give you a complete "all over"
body stretch, as well as, a deeper understanding
of the yoga practice and all of the different
typws of poses. You will learn technique
with attention to detail and breath-work.
Everything you learn in here will
improve your other classes.
Power
Yoga: 90 minutes
The best of both! This
series will flow from posture to posture
in the heated room. We recommend practicing
five Hot and five Vinyasa classes before
you take a Hot Power class as the series
will move faster with fewer instructions
and you want to get used to the heat. This
is an intense, fast moving, high-cardio
workout!
Pilates:
50 minutes
(Puh-lah-tees) Hard to pronounce, easy to see
why it works. These classes focus on the abdominal muscles, or your
“powerhouse”. This
strength building method is the perfect compliment to your Yoga practice. |
